The Thomas C. Hoy Leadership Institute held graduation   June 17 in the Koehler House. There were 12 graduates from nine departments. Deborah Harrison, with Continuing Education Training Network, received a $500 scholarship, which was presented by Dr. Robert Zeigler.  The   Leadership Certification program began in October 2003. The program was developed by the Continuing Education Network Training department as a 48-hour program consisting of 12, four-hour classes that meets two Fridays a month from 1 to 5 p.m. except in December.
