President’s Volunteer Service Awards

Recipients of the President’s Volunteer Service Awards pose with Rep. Mike Villarreal (far left), SAC president Dr. Robert Zeigler (far right) and SAC Service-Learning Coordinator Audrey Grams following the ceremony Sept. 17 in the VATC.   Some 17 individuals and one organization, Public Administration club, were recognized for volunteer hours served in the community. Each received a certificate, lapel pin and congratulatory letter signed by President Barack Obama.
