WHAT: San Antonio College Presidential Volunteer Service Awards WHO: Newscaster Ursula Pari serving as emcee as 13 SAC students and the San Antonio Education Partnership Club (SAEP) are honored for more than 1,700 hours of volunteerism in a 12-month period. San Antonio College President Robert Zeigler will give the keynote address.
