On Saturday, Oct. 25, the Phi Theta Kappa student honors society at San Antonio College will co-sponsor a "Get on the Ball, San Antonio!" 3K Walk and Community Health Fair inside Crossroads Mall (410 and Fredericksburg Road) to raise money for research and awareness of men's testicular and prostate cancer. Other co-sponsors are the American Cancer Society, PacifiCare, Crossroads Mall, and San Antonio College.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. near Hobby Lobby, and the walk begins at 11 a.m. A Community Health Fair in the mall will feature exhibits, health information, children's entertainment, clowns and music.

Participants in the walk must donate $15 to the American Cancer Society, with children 4 and under admitted free and children 5-12, students with a valid ID, and seniors admitted for $5. All donations will be made at the event during registration.
