REQUEST FOR COVERAGE
WHAT: San Antonio College Office of Student Activities and Into the
Streets, a student community service organization will host a Christmas
Party for 46 children from Head Start, a Parent/Child Incorporated program
with a mission to assist at-risk children and their families by providing
quality comprehensive early childhood development services. Children
will receive gifts and have their photos taken with Santa. They also
will make holiday ornaments and frames for their photos.
WHEN: Monday, Dec. 16, 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
WHERE: San Antonio College, Loftin Student Center in the Fiesta Room,
which will be transformed into a living room setting for the children.
WHO: * SAC Into the Streets, a student community service organization
* Head Start Program, 46 children ages 3-5 years
* Santa Claus
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY: Children having their photo taken with Santa, and
making holiday ornaments and picture frames in a living room setting.
