San Antonio College will host its 76th Annual Commencement
Exercise at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 8, in Trinity University's Laurie
Auditorium.
Approximately 400 students will graduate from San Antonio College,
which offers Associate's Degrees in the Arts, Sciences, and Applied
Sciences, as well as scores of certificates.
"It's an honor to recognize San Antonio's finest students,
and to reward them for their hard work and effort," President
Robert Zeigler. "We're very proud of this group of graduates,
who will enter into future endeavors with the knowledge, experience,
and confidence gained from their education at San Antonio College."
Student speakers will include April M. Guajardo, 24, who will graduate
with an Associate in Arts Degree, and Perla Leal Mata, 24, who will
graduate with an Associate in Applied Science Degree.
The San Antonio College Faculty Brass Quintet and the SAC Sign
Choir will perform throughout the event.
