Film & Lecture on Bob "Daddy-O" Wade Set for Jan. 21 at SAC

A documentary film titled "Too High, Too Wide, Too Long" about the artist Bob "Daddy-O" Wade, who will be on hand for comments, will be shown Wednesday, January 21, 5:30 - 7 p.m., in the Visual Arts & Technology Center Gallery (950 Lewis at Dewey Street) at San Antonio College.

The film by New York documentary filmmaker Karen Dinnitz features Wade's work and chronicles his road trip across Texas in his Iguanamobile. Well know for his 40-foot cowboy boots that welcome shoppers to San Antonio's North Star Mall, Wade's artwork is on display in the gallery through January 22.
