The 10th Annual Multicultural Conference will be
held April 20-22, featuring presentations, screenings, a writing
workshop, and literary readings on the theme "Transcending
Multiculturalism: (Trans)nationalism and (Trans)genrification."
All events except the luncheon are free and open to the public and
will be held in the Visual Arts and Technology Center, Room 120,

The Opening Ceremonies begin Tuesday, April 20 at 6 p.m. in McCreless
Theater, with an Introduction by Moumin Quazi (University of the
Incarnate Word) and readings by Carol Coffee Reposa (San Antonio
College) and Beatriz Rivera (Penn State Worthington Scranton). The
