San Antonio College students seeking to enroll in
summer or fall classes can register now. Registration for Summer
Session I extends through May 24, Summer Session II registration
ends July 7, and both Fall and Flex I registrations extend through
August 14.
Students may register by telephone (210-301-2520), on the Internet
(www.accd.edu),
or either on- or off-campus at the locations and times listed in
the Summer and Fall San Antonio College Class Schedules.
More than 22,000 part-time and full-time students sign up for classes
during each Fall and Spring Semester, and thousands of students
attend classes during the summer months.
"Registration is an exciting time, when students decide which
paths to take," President Dr. Robert Zeigler said. "Each
semester, students enroll in classes which can have a tremendous
impact on their lives, possibly illuminating a career choice that
had never before been considered."
San Antonio College offers hundreds of classes in a variety of
subjects, including courses in the arts, sciences, and applied sciences.
In addition, the Continuing Education Training Network has a wide
variety of non-credit certification programs, including courses
in the Intensive English Institute and in Legal Assisting offered
this summer.
To assist students who need classes at atypical times, San Antonio
College offers courses at night, on weekends or at home via videocourses
or the Internet. Students may also attend classes this summer at
several off campus sites, including the Northeast Campus at 7990
Pat Booker Rd., the new Central Texas Technology Center at 2189
FM 758, New Braunfels Municipal Airport in New Braunfels, and Randolph
Air Force Base. Additional locations for fall classes include Seguin
High School, USAA, and Winston Churchill High School.
