San Antonio College will hold its 77th Annual Commencement Exercise on Saturday, May 7, at 7:30 p.m., in the Freeman Coliseum. Dr. Robert E. Zeigler, President, will preside.
Approximately 400 students will graduate from San Antonio College, which offers Associate's Degrees in the Arts and Sciences, and Applied Sciences, as well as scores of certificates.
Speakers will include San Antonio College's Outstanding Former Students for 2004-2005: Hector M. Flores, National President of LULAC, and Dr. Joe W. Neal, Professor Emeritus of the University of Texas at Austin.
In addition, student speakers will include Megan Grace Pope, who will graduate with an Associate in Arts Degree in Speech, and Tapashya Ghosh, who will graduate with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business.
The San Antonio College Brass Ensemble will perform throughout the event.
