The contents of
the San Antonio College Department of Reading and Education
Web Pages are reviewed regularly for accuracy and timeliness.
Efforts are made to update material as the need arises. However,
nothing within these pages is intended to supersede policy
or official publications of San Antonio College or the Alamo
Community College District. These Web Pages contain course
descriptions found in the college catalog. In case of discrepancy,
the college catalog supersedes information herein. These Web
Pages also include departmental information such as department
syllabi, course schedules, etc. Some of these are tentative
and others change rapidly. Therefore, all such information
should be verified through the department to obtain official,
current information. As with many Web Pages, these pages are
often "under construction" to reflect the dynamic,
continuous changes in the web and current information. Therefore,
these pages may be incomplete or have missing links. Your
patience is appreciated. The department's Web Pages include
links to sites outside the control of the department, outside
the control of the college and outside the control of the
ACCD. The department is not responsible for information on
these or subsequently linked sites. Finally, the department
Web Pages concerning faculty contain minimal information.
Each faculty member is responsible for notifying the Department
WebMaster to correct this information. In case of any concerns,
comments or problems with these pages site WebMaster. Moreover,
the department WebMaster maintains only a single Home Page
for each faculty member. Links from this page to other individual
faculty information are maintained by that faculty member.
Currently each faculty member has a dummy template link for
their schedule, vita, interests, course syllabi, etc. A faculty
member may choose not to maintain these pages, in which case
these dummy templates are meaningless. In any case, the individual
faculty member, and NOT these Web Pages, is the authority
for that faculty member's class policies, syllabi, etc. In
case of questions, comments, concerns or problems with the
faculty member's Web Pages, contact the faculty member (NOT
the Department WebMaster). Please respect the copyright notices
attached to the Web Pages you view.
