Bursar's Office - Payment Deadline

 
PAYMENT DEADLINE

Payments for on-campus registration and WEB registration may be made online with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Debit cards are not accepted.  Payment may also be made by check using WEB check on the internet.

When paying by telephone listen for correct option.

Note:  Payments made on the WEB on the final payment day may not be approved until the following day causing cancellation of all classes.

For On-Campus payments, we accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards. Payment of tuition on-campus also allows you to use the Installment Plan (deferred payment).  There is no installment plan for summer term.

During on-campus registration hours (see Counseling and Registration) payments will be taken only at the Loftin Student Center unless otherwise advertised.

The Maymester is calculated in the Spring Semester not Summer

IMPORTANT:  Students who do not pay by their payment deadline will be dropped 
Students adding a class after their bill is paid are responsible for any additional tuition and fees.  Failure to pay the additional fees by the payment deadlines will cause all classes to be dropped from the student's schedule.

IMPORTANT:  Students who do not pay by their payment deadline will be dropped 

NOTE: If bills are not paid by the payment deadline, classes will be released to other students.   Students adding a class after their bill is paid are responsible for paying any additional tuition and Fees.  Failure to pay the additional tuition and fees by the payment deadlines will cause cancellation of all classes.  This also includes the Installment Plan When adding a class any additional cost for adding a course will be due and payable under the same payment plan. If you add a class you must pay any additional cost associated with the additional course. Additional tuition and fees must be paid before the payment deadline if classes are added after payment has been paid.

Failure to receive your bill by mail does not excuse you from paying by the deadline.
