      The Faculty Senate presents faculty views and makes recommendations regarding college and district policies and
              procedures to the President of San Antonio College, the Alamo Community College District Administration, and the ACCD
              Board of Trustees.   It also appoints faculty representatives to the College and District governance committees.   The 24
                    member Faculty Senate holds regular meetings on the first Wednesday of the month.
