      The Faculty Senate presents faculty views and makes recommendations regarding college and district policies and
      procedures to the President of San Antonio College, the District Administration, and the Alamo Colleges Board of
              Trustees.   It also appoints faculty representatives to the College and District governance committees.   The 24 member
      SAC Faculty Senate holds regular meetings on the first Wednesday of the month.
