• What type of services will you need and how long?
• Are the presenters going to need Internet or Network Connections?
• Is there going to be any hands on computer access (small
lab)?
• Is there a layout and schedule of activities?

All conference
support is subject to approval by the President of San Antonio College.
Account numbers
are not required for support services. The equipment which is checked
out for conference support is monitored and arrangements will be
made for replacement.

Offered:
• Database Development: Creation of a database management system
that will store all of the information needed. This process will
help reduce having to enter data more than once.
• Database Information Support: Proper maintenance of the information
stored inside the database management system will be performed on
a regular basis.
• Computer Interface Design: Creation of multiple computer
screens that will ultimately help the system end-user enter and
retrieve information.
• Ad Hoc Query Development: Construction of reporting processes
that will enable end-users to retrieve particular information on
a
“need-to-have” basis.
• Reporting Development: Creation of specialized reports that
will display the information in a professional manner.
Questions
to think about before calling Data Management:
• How soon does the system need to be available?
• Is the system new, or is a modification of an existing system
needed?
• Has the content of the system already been in development?
• Has a particular “look and feel” of the system
been decided upon?
All data management projects are approved by the President of
San Antonio College.
