Catering Services (Custom Food Group):
• Minimum of 72 hours (3 days) advanced notice.
• Pricing can depend upon the season and requested foods.
• Charges are per person for each buffet event.
• Wait staff, Servers, and or Bussers can be arranged for any event for an additional fee.
• Will travel to buildings on SAC campus and even out of town events.
• Set up time: 1 hour prior to the event.
• Room set up and housekeeping must be arranged through facilities at the time of reservation.

ACCD Event:
• Refreshment Request for orders < $500.00.
• An approved and signed copy must be faxed to Catering Service.
• Refreshment Request Form must follow the following for approval:
1. Department Chair
2. Dean
3. Vice President
4. President or Chancellor
• Purchase Order for orders >$500.00.
• Three (3) quotes must be obtained from ACCD contracted vendors and submitted prior to the Purchase Order.
• Delivery fee: None.

Non-ACCD Event:
• Minimum Dollar amount per event $25.00.
• Required to be paid at the beginning of the event by check, charge (AMEX, Master Card or Visa) or cash.
• No charge billing is available.
• Delivery fee: $35.00 (minimum).

Equipment:
• All buffet equipment provided.
• Disposable flatware and tableware is provided.
• Upgrades to china and silverware are available for additional cost.
• All necessary table linens for buffet service (when necessary) will be provided as part of the cost.
• Any additional linens are additional charges per cloth.

Questions to think about before calling food services:
• Does a specific campus location need to be reserved for the event? If so, contact Facilities Management at 733-2591 to reserve a location for the event.
• Will Housekeeping Services be required to clean-up following the event? If so, contact Facilities at 733-2236 for Housekeeping Services.
• Will a specific furniture set-up be needed for the event? If so, contact
Facilities Management at 733-2591 for Moving Services.
• Will catering personnel be needed to serve at the event? If so, inform
Food Services of this request.
