THE EMPLOYEE SEEKING THIS SCHOLARSHIP MUST MEET SIX
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be a full-time, permanent staff member with at least one full year of
service.
2. Be seeking either personal enrichment or a college degree.
3. Have a cumulative 2.50 (GPA) Grade Point Average
4. Be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) semester hours or a minimum
of two courses totaling 4.5 (CEU) Continuing Education Units.
5. Complete an essay with a minimum of 200 words explaining why you
would like to win this scholarship.
6. Obtain three letters of recommendation

SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS LISTED BELOW BY FRIDAY,
NOVEMBER 20, 2009
1. A completed Educational Enrichment Award Application form found
at this link (link to application)
2. A copy of your degree plan worksheet or letter of educational intent
3. Official copies of your academic transcripts
4. For staff seeking a college degree submit proof of enrollment (current
transcripts or bill for the current term). For staff seeking continuing
education or GED submit proof of enrollment (CE transcript from
Admissions & Records or a paid receipt of enrollment for the current
term).
5. The hand written or typed (preferred) essay
6. Three letters of recommendation
