Formal requests should be submitted in writing at least two weeks in advance of the event and mailed to:

All requests should include the following information:

1. Name, mailing address, phone number and fax number.

2. Affiliation: commercial, school, or agency, or non-profit?

3. What type of event are you hosting?

4. What types of accomodations are you needing?

5. Day, date and time of event?

6. Number of expected attendees?

7. Will food be served at this event?

8. Include any other pertinent information you want us to know.
