Reservations are made on a first-come first-serve basis, regardless of the kind or size of the event being scheduled. You cannot "spill" out of your reserved space. No exceptions.

San Antonio College and the Alamo Community College District reserve the right to cancel any agreement or any part of the agreement involving the Loftin Student Center at least forty-five (45) days in advance where a conflict may occur with college instructional programming and/or college or district business. Policy subject to change without notice.
