The Loftin Student Center is provided for the coordination of beneficial extra-curricular activities of the students for:

• - Recreation.
  - Cultural development.
  - Encouragement of democratic values.
  - The cultivation of more responsible local, state, and national citizenship.
  - And for a more intelligent interest in and deeper affection for the college.
