Vendors GUideLines

  • - Commercial or non-student vendors pay in advance a flat rate of $65.00 per day or $325.00 per week.

  • - Student vendors agree to pay in advance a flat rate of $30.00 per day or $150.00 per week.  In order to receive the student rate, Student Vendors must be the sole proprietor – No exceptions.  Discounted rates will not be permitted.

  • - Payment can be made in cash or check/money order made payable to the “San Antonio College” and paid at the bursar’s office.

  • - Vendors are responsible for all associated sale taxes and will not be allowed to operate without a current sales tax permit.

  • - Commercial or non-student Vendors will present with the completed contract, a valid state driver’s license or state-issued identification card for all salespersons.

  • - Student vendors will present proof of current, paid enrollment and a valid ACCD student ID card. No other form of identification will be accepted.

  • - Table Reservations are on a first-come, first served basis and must be scheduled at:
  • Office of  Student Life
  • Loftin Student Center,
  • Room 152
  • or by calling
  • (210)486-0129.

  • - A completed contract must be on file before a table reservation can be made

  • - No more than 3 Vendors allowed per day. Please keep this in mind.
  • Vendors will be issued 1 table and 2 chairs. Inside vendors will setup in the area determined by the Office of Student Life. Outside vendors will setup in the mall area between the Loftin Student Center and the Moody Learning Center.  Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of tables and must remain within their designated areas.

  • - The Office of Student Life, San Antonio College and the Alamo Community College District will not be held liable for theft or damage of vendor property.

  • - Violation of state and local ordinances and/or San Antonio College policies may result in expulsion from campus.  Interpretation and enforcement of ordinances and policies remains at the discretion of the Student Life Director or designated representative.

  • - Vendors will conduct business in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner and without regard to race, religion, sex orientation, color, national origin, sex, age or disability
