About Bailey's Cyber Cafe and Lounge

Bailey's Cyber Cafe was established in September 2001 through the joint efforts of Academic Development and the Technology Center.   The cafe is located on the top floor of the Loftin Student Center in Rm. 258. (Lsc 258)

Rules

All students Using the Cyber Cafe must Sign in with Attendant including thier name (first and last) the time they are signing in and the computer they are assigned to. They must also have a valid ACCD student Id and present it to attendnt on duty. The Id will be used to hold thier place on the computer and the user must see attendant before leaving. Attendant is the only person allowed to return a Student Id back to a User.

Cyber Cafe is not responsible for Student Ids Left behind.

All music must be heard through headphones that the user must provide themselves.

The Cyber Cafe takes no responsibility on missing or lost items. All Users must be aware of thier surroundings and take responsibility for thier own items.

All users must follow the Acceptable computer use policy.

No software should be installed on the computers without management's approval.

Although this is a recreational area, we do ask that all horseplay is kept to a minimum.

Only one user per computer .
Only one chair per computer.
Only one person per chair.

Shirt, Socks and shoes must be worn at all time unless with doctor note (writen proof needed)

If you have any questions or problems, please ask the attendant on duty.

Printer Rules:

User must have document saved on USB Flash Drive.

User is allowed 10 pages per day maximum. No exceptions. Pictures are not allowed to be printed. No exceptions.

Currently All word documents must be saved in office 2003 format or as a .rtf file. We do not support Office 2007 currently nor do we support Open Office formats.
