The College Health Center is staffed by a registered nurse (RN) and a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) during the day and an LVN during the evening and Saturday hours and offers the following services:
- For the ill and injured: basic first-aid and emergency care, over-the-counter medications for minor ailments, a physicians referral system, and student accident/illness insurance information.
- For the well: relaxation rooms, health counseling, blood pressure monitoring, and printed information on a variety of health-related topics. Any student with a chronic health problem is encouraged to come to the Health Center at the beginning of the semester.
The hours of operation are:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The College Health Center is located in the Chance Academic Center 119.
