Project Administration is present within the Title V grant to ensure consistent and complete adherence to all federal and institutional policies, and be responsible in the use of federal funds through this project. The initiative continually monitors the progress of the project toward achieving specific project milestones and objectives and keeping them on schedule. Program Management also continually monitors the congruence of project objectives with college priorities and goals, and to see that evaluation is properly conducted. This unit provides a model of effective and efficient administration for the project, which supports the efforts to integrate all components into regular institutional operations at the end of the development period.
