Strategies for Success Strategies for Success

“Strategies for Success” is a one credit hour course offered at San Antonio College as an intervention for students with academic difficulties. Topics covered in the course include but are not limited to : study techniques, note-taking, test-taking, time management, library use, critical thinking skills, career planning, and interpersonal skills. The course is taught by Master’s level professional counselors over a period of eight weeks. Counselors also meet with students on a one-to-one basis to assist with individual concerns either directly or through referral.
