Application & Selection Process
Students desiring to major in Occupational Therapy must first meet admission
requirements for acceptance to St. Philip's College at the college level.
A separate application process is required for admission into the program.
The Application Process includes documentation of the following items:
- Application Form with identification information;
- Assessment scores verifying acceptance to St. Philip's College;
- Unofficial college transcripts verifying completion of prerequisites;
and
- One-page typed statement of reasons for interest in program

After the completed application packet with all supporting documents has been
received and reviewed by the Program, additional application requirements may be
requested to meeting program admission requirements. These additional
requirements may include a personal interview, pretesting, or other requirement.
