Radiography Technology

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Radiography Technology Program is to prepare the student to become a competent entry level radiographer and member of the healthcare team.  The student will be provided with a comprehensive curriculum that addresses evolving technical skills, communication, and critical thinking.  The Radiography Technology Program participates in the fulfillment of the mission of the Allied Health Department.

Radiography Program Goals:

• The program will graduate entry-level technologists.
• Upon successful completion of the program, the students will perform as competent entry level technologists.
• All students will be able to communicate effectively in a healthcare setting.
• Students will demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• All students will evaluate the importance of professional growth and development.
