Allied Construction
In this department, the orientation of the offerings is toward immediate
entry into the labor force with a marketable skill. Graduates of these programs
can receive either the Associate of Applied Science Degree or a Certificate of
Completion. The objective of the department is to provide the student with an
education which both satisfies entry level skill requirement and furnishes a
foundation on which career advancement can be based.

The construction industry is predicted to add approximately 1 million new jobs
