COURSE
DESCRIPTION: This course is to provide
individuals who are new to Microsoft Windows XP with the knowledge and skills necessary
to troubleshoot basic problems end users will face while running Microsoft
Windows XP Professional in an Active Directory network environment, or Windows
XP Home edition in a workgroup environment. This is an introductory course
designed to provide an overview of operating system concepts and how to
troubleshoot Windows XP.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: At the end of the course, students will be able to:

PREREQUISITE (S): Before attending this course, students must have:

certification, or equivalent knowledge.

certification, or equivalent knowledge.
ATTENDANCE
POLICY: Roll
WILL be taken during each class
period. A student not present to answer roll WILL be counted absent. It is the responsibility of a student who
is late to contact the instructor at the end of class so that attendance MAY be corrected. After the census date, a student who has
accumulated the equivalent of more than two weeks absences MAY be dropped from the course.
