How do I contact my instructor?
Check your PALS account to verify who your instructor will be. My
information is as follows:

Are we allowed to turn in late assignments?
Yes, but there will
be a 20 point deduction on assignment or test if submitted after due
date, no exceptions.

If we are registered for an internet course do we have to
visit campus for tests?
No, all tests will be
made available online.
4. Where can I go to
receive additional help for my Microsoft courses?
The Microsoft IT
Academy makes available tutors in the evening hours and weekends,
these hours will be posted during the first week of school and in
your PALS account. Tutoring for any Microsoft course will be
held in Bowden rooms 102, 201 or 213 depending on classroom
availability.
5. What computer skills are
necessary for the course?
You must be capable
of typing, saving, and printing documents; capable of surfing the
Internet; and capable of sending, receiving, and handling Word
attachments. Important skills include knowing how to download
files, attach documents to email, use word processing software, and
view PowerPoint, as well as audio and video presentations.
6. What if my computer
problems make me get behind in my online course?
Computer problems can
be exasperating but they are not an excuse for doing poorly in an
online course. Computers are widely available at college campuses
and libraries. Let your instructor know that you are having
problems but still make every effort to complete all assignments on
time.
