How Do I Enroll?
CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS
Follow these steps if you are enrolling at St. Philip's College for the Spring 2006 semester.
Step 1: Registration Materials
- Pick up Spring schedule at Admissions our Office SWC (B172), or check online at http://www.accd.edu/spc/diesel/.
- International Students must go to SWC (B172) to begin registration process.
- Military personnel and Military dependents must fill out a verification form once every 12 months and return to the Registrar's Office, located in (B172). For information contact advisors at the Sutton Learning Center, Room 104 (210) 531-3515). Their office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Their Web site is: http://www.accd.edu/spc/va/.

Step 2: TSI/THEA
- Texas Senate Bill 286 mandates students entering any Texas public college for the first time to take an approved state-mandated test.
- This test is used to advise new students only, and WILL NOT stop you from taking a class.
- For questions concerning TSI/TASP/THEA testing and THEA exemptions go to the Assessment and Advisement Office, located in SWC (B172) or call 921-4600.
Step 3: Advisement/Counseling
- Students are recommended to see a Faculty advisor. Advisors are available by appointment beginning November 14. Counselors are available on a walk-in basis and are located in SWC (B172). VA students must go to the Veteran's Affairs Office at the Sutton Learning Center, Room 104.
Step 4: Registration
- Check the World Wide Web or the class schedule for early registration dates.
Step 5: Financial Aid
- Check on Financial Aid status (if needed).
Step 6: Bursar's office SWC (B172)
FORMER, NEW AND TRANSFER STUDENTS
Follow these steps if the last time you attended St. Philip's College was fall 1998 or prior, if you have never attended a college or university or if you were enrolled in a college or university other than St. Philip's College.
Step 1: Admissions
- Obtain a Student Data Form at Admissions & Enrollment Services SWC (B172). After completing the Student Data Form, proceed to the Registrar's Office SWC (B172) for data entry.
