Leadership Management
Individuals enrolled in these courses will learn important
management and leadership skills that are essential in today’s workforce. There
will be an emphasis on communication as well as general management skills that
enhance overall organizational performance. Managers and supervisors will learn
how to enhance their organizational leadership skills. Leadership management
will help managers think “outside the box” to prepare for new and emerging
leadership challenges. Through needs assessments and analysis, executive and
mid-management training can be customized and tailored to fit your
organizational needs.
