Food Service Manager Certification
This 16 hour class meets the requirements of the State of Texas Department of
Health, Division of Food and Drugs, and the City of San Antonio ordinance for
food service employees and managers. Topics covered include: food borne
disease, the protection of food, food service facilities, sanitation and
management for food service personnel, and food safety.
This class is $81.00, and students must be registered and paid at least 5
days prior to the class date.
