Real Estate Program

This program meets the educational requirements established by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for becoming a licensed real estate agent. Upon completion of this intensive training, participants will have the skills and knowledge necessary for passing the TREC licensing exam.  A sales license in real estate can be obtained, as stipulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission, only when an individual has completed 210 hours of course work.
