Grant Writing Courses

At a time when non-profit organizations are scrambling to find funding for a variety of important programs, grant writing classes are especially helpful and could make the difference between continued scrambling for funds and a less-challenging financial situation. The CSTC offers the following classes for anyone interested in learning about the grant writing process.

Introduction to Grant Writing

Students enrolled in this course will receive an introduction to grant writing. Course topics include defining the purpose and identifying the need for grants, understanding a needs assessment, identifying grant resources, and finding the right grant for your purposes. The layout and format of a proper grant proposal will be emphasized.

Advanced Grant Writing

Students interested in receiving further guidance in the grant writing process should attend this class. This class is also suitable for individuals who already have some experience in grant writing and will help you polish your proposals.
