The Academy has received financial support from various San Antonio foundations. Its goal is to offer free courses to middle and high school students. It provides enriched instruction, instills values, fosters discipline, and encourages an appreciation of and participation in the performing and visual arts.

Presidential Scholars Project

Natural Sciences Department receives scholarships to increase the number of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM). Graduates and transfer students by providing scholarships for tuition and fees and a laptop for full-time students.
