Instructional Innovation Center
The St. Philip's College Instructional Innovation Center (IIC) is
dedicated to empowering faculty and staff for success.
The IIC provides professional development opportunities
for faculty to promote professional growth, quality
instruction, and innovative teaching, as well as professional
development opportunities to support staff in enhancing
their services to students. The mission of the IIC is aligned
with the Alamo Community Colleges Strategic Gold IV -
Capacity to Serve.
Since 1997, the IIC has been collaborating with faculty and
staff to ensure the support they need to succeed. The IIC
has been developing and redefining exemplary educational
workshops and providing resources and opportunities to help
faculty and staff grow. Training opportunities are offered in
areas of teaching and Learning, Technology, and Professional
Development.
