Disability
The ADA and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504, define "disability"
as (A) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of
the major life activities of such individual; (B) a record of such an
impairment; or (C) being regarded as having such an impairment. Persons
discriminated against because they have a known association or relationship with
an individual with a disability are protected also. Consult your campus
disability office, Educational Support Services, for clarification.
