St. Philip's College provides a wide variety of services for eligible students with disabilities.  All services are FREE to every St. Philip's student registered for credit.

 

Services include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Assistance with transition from high school to college
  • Assistance with the registration process
  • Assistance selecting courses each semester [some limitations]
  • Assistance arranging for classroom & testing-taking accommodations
  • Diagnostic testing for learning disability, if warranted
  • Providing study skills training
  • Tutoring services: walk-in; 1-1 online 24/7; 1-1 on campus (eligibility required)
  • Access to a wide variety of technology tools
  • Assisting students to seek supplemental services (e.g., books on CD from Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic, RFBD)
