ST. PHILIP’S COLLEGE RECEIVES $10,000 DONATION FROM COWBOY BREAKFAST FOUNDATION

Money will fund scholarships for study in the hospitality professions at the college

SAN ANTONIO (July 14, 2009) --- The highlight of the recent Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts Cowboy Breakfast reception at St. Philip’s College’s Upper Deck Restaurant was the presentation of a $10,000 check from the Cowboy Breakfast Foundation to fund scholarships for study in the hospitality professions at the college.

The program included welcome, introductory and closing remarks by St. Philip’s College President Dr. Adena Williams Loston and desserts prepared by Culinary Arts program students.
