Admissions

Welcome to St. Philip's College from the Admissions office.  We are pleased that you are interested in attending St. Philip's College and would like to assist you in the enrollment process.  Our office is located in the G.J. Sutton Learning Center (SLC), Room 107.

First-Time in College (never attended a college or university)

  1. Complete the Apply Texas Application on-line
  2. Submit official high school transcripts or GED scores to the Records and Registration Office located in SLC 100
  3. Apply for Financial Aid
  4. Take the assessment test or submit THEA, ACCUPLACER, SAT, or ACT scores to the Office of Advising and Assessment.
  5. Meet with an advisor, counselor, or faculty advisor.
  6. Register for classes.

Transfer Students

  1. Complete the Apply Texas Application on-line.
  2. Submit official college transcripts to the Records and Registration Office located in SLC 100.
  3. Apply for Financial Aid.
  4. Submit THEA, ACCUPLACER, SAT, or ACT scores to the Office of Advising and Assessment.
  5. Meet with an advisor, counselor, or faculty advisor.
  6. Register for classes.

Former Students (not enrolled at St. Philip's College within the last year)

  1. Complete the Apply Texas Application on-line.
  2. Submit official college transcripts to the Records and Registration Office located in SLC 100.
  3. Apply for Financial Aid.
  4. Submit THEA, ACCUPLACER, SAT, or ACT scores to the Office of Advising and Assessment.
  5. Meet with an advisor, counselor, or faculty advisor.
  6. Register for classes.

Current Students

  1. Apply for Financial Aid.
  2. Meet with an advisor, counselor, or faculty advisor as needed.
  3. Register for classes.
