How to Request Web Space

Step 1
Complete the online Active Directory Request Form found at http://tigerweb.accd.edu/ad/form.cfm.

Log in to PALS at http://spcportal.accd.edu.

Once inside PALS, click on the "Employee" tab.

Step 4
On the "Employee" tab, locate the "Employee Resources" section and click on "Web Page Agreement Form."

Step 5
Select "Add Web Site" from the Requesting menu. Enter first name, last name and department telephone number in the fields provided.

Select "SPC" in the College menu.

Step 7
In the Web site Name field, enter an abbreviated version of your department name (maximum of 8 characters preferred).
Note: The final name and Web address of your Web site may vary slightly. Please wait for email confirmation from District IT before publishing your Web site name in course schedules, catalogs, etc.

Step 8
Select your Department Chair or Supervising Administrator from the menu provided. Click "Next."

Step 9
Read the ACCD Web Publishing Standards. Check the box stating that you have read and agree to abide by the standards.
Click the "Submit" button.

Step 10
The Web Page Owner Agreement confirmation page appears. Your Web Page Agreement form will proceed through an approval sequence comprised of:
1. Department Chair or Supervising Administrator.
2. Senior Multimedia Specialists Reese Hearn and Rodney Toliver
3. Dr. Julia Briggs, SPC Director of Instructional Technologies
4. District IT
District IT will contact you via PALS email with login and password information.
